5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

You may cancel or reschedule a booked session up to 48 hours before its scheduled start. Cancellations made within this window qualify for a full refund, processed within 7 working days via the original payment channel. To submit a request, please use our contact form. You may reschedule one session at no additional charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for a refund due to reserved capacity and facilitator commitment.

Digital products may be downloaded immediately upon purchase. Once access has been granted or a download initiated, no refund can be provided due to the intangible nature of the content. If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us via contact form and we will assist you promptly.

5.3 Goods

For physical items, you have a 14-day period from delivery date to request a refund. To initiate, contact us via contact form within that period. Returned items must be in original condition and shipped at your expense. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, refunds will be issued within 14 days via the original payment channel.
